Terms of Use

Pinpoint teaches communication through worked examples. It is not therapy, legal advice or professional advice of any kind, and you stay responsible for what you actually say.

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and VorreiX Consulting LLP ("we", "us"), registered in Kerala, India. By installing or using Pinpoint you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.

2. What Pinpoint is, and what it is not

Pinpoint presents fictional situations and suggests responses, with reasoning. Every situation and every person in it is invented. Any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.

Suggested wording is a starting point, not a script. You know your situation and we do not. Judging when and whether to use it is yours.

3. Your account

You can use Pinpoint without an account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, keep that account secure; anyone with access to it can reach your Pinpoint data. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 13. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute or resell the situations or written responses.
• Extract the content in bulk, by scraping, automation or otherwise.
• Reverse engineer the app except where the law permits it.
• Use the app to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
• Interfere with the service or try to reach data that is not yours.

5. Content and ownership

The app, its design, and all 1,501 situations and responses are ours and protected by copyright. Using the app gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. It transfers nothing else.

Anything you type stays yours. We store it only to show you your own history, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not publish it, do not share it, and do not use it to train models.

6. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove features, and we update the content library over time, which means a situation you saw once may later be reworded or replaced. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. The app is designed to work offline, so a network problem on our side should not stop your day.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the content suits your particular circumstances or that following a suggestion will produce any given outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from your use of Pinpoint. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

9. Ending it

You can stop at any time by deleting the app, and delete your data in Settings. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
